NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING - NAVY LEAGUE OF THE UNITED STATES

 
The Annual Meeting of the Members of the Navy League of the United States will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2025, in Jacksonville, Florida, for the purpose of:

1. Receiving and acting upon the President’s report.
2. Receiving and acting upon the Treasurer’s report.
3. Receiving and acting upon the Corporate Secretary’s report.
4. Electing a slate of National Delegates identified and nominated by each region’s nominating committee, who shall have and may exercise all of the powers, rights, and privileges of the Members at meetings of the National Delegates.
5. Such other matters as may be properly brought before the members.

The minutes of the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and Meetings of the Delegates and Members for 2024-2025 will be available to you upon request to the Corporate Secretary.

MEMBERS WHO CANNOT ATTEND THIS MEETING AND CONCUR IN THESE PROPOSED ACTIONS ARE EARNESTLY REQUESTED TO DATE, SIGN AND SEND THIS PROXY AT ONCE TO BE RECEIVED AT THE NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS OF THE NAVY LEAGUE BY MAY 30, 2025.

NAVY LEAGUE OF THE UNITED STATES ANNUAL MEETING PROXY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned Member of the Navy League of the United States does hereby constitute and appoint the Proxy Committee, and each of them, Attorneys, Agents and Proxies for the undersigned, with substitutes appointable pursuant to the Bylaws, with power of substitution for and in the name, place and stead of the undersigned to vote upon all matters subject to vote at the Annual Meeting of the Navy League of the United States called to be held at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront in Jacksonville, FL on Saturday, June 7, 2025, and at any and all adjournments thereof with the powers the undersigned should possess if then personally present, hereby revoking any proxy or proxies heretofore given. A majority of all or any of said Attorneys, Agents and Proxies who shall be present and shall act at the meeting (or if only one shall be present and act, then that one) shall have and may exercise all the power of all said Attorneys, Agents and Proxies hereunder. Undirected proxies received will be voted by the Proxy Committee in proportion to the votes cast by those voting in person at the Annual Meeting of Members.
